Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for patients and clients after business hours via WhatsApp, email, and phone. • Manage urgent and non-urgent inquiries , triage appropriately, and escalate when necessary. • Respond with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy to all incoming communications. • Process and submit insurance claims as needed, in compliance with Singaporean medical and insurance guidelines. • Document all communications and actions taken during the shift. • Coordinate with day-shift staff for handovers and unresolved issues. Qualifications • Excellent spoken and written English; neutral accent preferred. • Prior experience in ENT, Healthcare support, medical admin, or insurance processing is strongly preferred. • Tech-savvy and comfortable using communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp Business, email clients, VOIP apps). • Ability to work independently, remain calm under pressure, and multitask. • Familiarity with Singapore-based insurance providers and healthcare terminology . • Fast and reliable internet connection. Schedule • 1. ) After-Hours • Monday to Friday: 5:30pm to 9:30pm • Saturday: 3:30pm to 9:30pm • Sunday: 1:30pm to 9:30pm • This is an On-Call post for a clinic's after-hours. The volume of messages and calls are lower than usual. • 2. ) Office Hours • Monday to Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
