Key Responsibilities Provide second-level support for system, server, and network-related issues escalated from Level 1 support Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and patch management Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related problems Support backup and disaster recovery processes Assist in infrastructure projects, system upgrades, and migrations Maintain accurate documentation of systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security policies and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) At least 2–4 years of experience in systems administration or technical support roles Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux server environments Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus Knowledge of backup and recovery solutions Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA Server+, AWS, or similar) Experience in a managed services or fast-paced IT environment Exposure to cybersecurity principles and best practices Device Requirements (for WFH) Processor (CPU):Memory (RAM):Storage:Operating System:Motherboard / System Compatibility:Additional Requirements: AMD Ryzen 7 5700G or higher Intel Core i7 (12th Gen or newer, e.g., i7-12700K) or equivalent Minimum: 8 cores (12+ threads recommended) At least 32GB DDR4 RAM (3200MHz or higher) Minimum 512GB SSD (NVMe preferred for faster performance) Windows 11 Pro (64-bit) Must support the above CPU and RAM specifications (e.g., AMD A520 chipset or Intel equivalent) Stable internet connection Updated system drivers and OS patches Functional audio (headset/speakers and microphone) for communication Dedicated working space at home Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
