Job Description We are seeking a Motion Designer / Video Editor to support high-volume creative production. This role is focused on executing video and motion-based assets based on provided briefs, with an emphasis on speed, consistency, and output. This is a production-focused role, not an ideation role. Creative direction, concepts, and briefs will be provided, and the role is responsible for turning those into high-quality video and motion assets at scale. This position plays a key role in scaling creative output and supporting increased production volume across campaigns. Key Responsibilities Motion & Video Production Create and edit motion-based and video assets based on provided briefs Execute animations, transitions, and edits to produce finished creatives Ensure consistency in pacing, structure, and visual output Creative Iteration & Scaling Produce multiple variations of video and motion assets Adapt creatives across different formats and use cases Implement feedback quickly and accurately Workflow & Execution Work closely with the creative strategist and team Manage deadlines across high-volume deliverables Maintain organized project files and version control Qualifications Required Experience in motion design and/or video editing Strong execution skills and attention to detail Ability to work quickly and handle high output volume Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently Preferred Experience creating content for social media or advertising Understanding of pacing, motion, and visual storytelling Experience working in fast-paced, production-heavy environments
