Key Responsibilities • Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis • Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions • Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders • Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business • Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support • Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making • Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs • AI & Analysis Expectations: • Candidates should be able to: • Describe how they have used AI tools in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, or decision support • Bring a real example to the interview demonstrating how they used AI or advanced analysis to solve a problem • Show curiosity and initiative in applying new tools and approaches to finance work • Bachelor’s degree relevant to the role or equivalent professional experience. • Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role • Background in a medium-sized or larger company • Strong hands-on experience with: • --Financial modeling • --Forecasting and budgeting • --Variance and performance analysis • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable building models from scratch • Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) • Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows • Strong business communication skills — able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders • Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility Benefits • 10 Paid Vacation Days per year • 5 Paid Sick Days per year • 10 Paid Company Holidays per year • Maternity Leave • Paternity Leave • Bereavement Leave Schedule • Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM Central Standard Time • Work Location: Remote - PH (Philippines)
