Tier 1 / Tier 2 TSR (French Speaker) is responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels. The role focuses on resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring a positive customer experience while meeting service level standards.
