Responsibilities • Respond to incoming customer emails, chats, and calls in a timely and professional manner. • Address customer questions, issues, and concerns after hours, ensuring accurate and helpful support. • Handle product, service, and pricing inquiries from both prospective and existing clients. • Assist with scheduling demonstrations and coordinating follow-ups when needed. • Update customer records, prepare quotes and invoices, and support basic account administration. • Process payments and maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions. • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal team when necessary. • Deliver a positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism and urgency. Qualifications • At least 3 years of experience in customer support, client services, or a related role. • Experience in SaaS, tech, or service-based environments is an advantage. • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Comfortable supporting customers across email, chat, and phone. • Able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable. • Familiarity with invoicing, payment processing, CRM tools, or helpdesk systems is a plus. • Must be willing to work after hours between 3PM-7PM Manila Time (aligned with AEST). • Preferred Experience • Prior experience handling after-hours or off-shift support. • Experience supporting sales inquiries or booking product demonstrations. • Exposure to remote work or flexible schedules. • Why You’ll Love Working Here • At Amped HQ, we put people first.
