Digital Marketing Assistant \& CRM Specialist (Remote, Part-Time) Pay: $8–$12/hour (based on experience) Hours: 10–15 hours/week to start, with growth opportunities. Location: 100% Remote About The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy assistant who can manage CRM systems, support sales automation, and create social media content. This role combines CRM management, marketing technology, AI tools, sales enablement, and content creation. Responsibilities Manage and maintain CRM databases (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, etc.) Build contact lists, workflows, automations, and pipelines Support outbound sales and lead generation processes Create and schedule social media graphics and short-form videos Research software solutions and create SOP documentation Assist with AI-powered marketing and prospecting tools Requirements Experience with HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms Experience building workflows, automations, or segmented lists Strong problem-solving and research skills Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools Strong communication and attention to detail Pay: Php500\.00 - Php700\.00 per hour Benefits Company events Flextime Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Remote
