Job Title: Sustainable Finance Consultant Trainee / Intern (Remote) Location: Remote (North America – EST preferred) Commitment: Part-time or Full-time (Minimum 15 hours/week) Duration: Minimum 3 months Compensation Unpaid internship with certification, stock options, commission opportunities, mentorship, and potential future employment. About 47Pitches 47Pitches is a startup and investor ecosystem that connects entrepreneurs, students, consultants, and investors through innovation challenges, startup competitions, and collaborative projects. Working closely with WeNetwork, 47Pitches provides hands-on opportunities for aspiring consultants to gain real-world experience while helping startups and businesses advance their sustainability and ESG initiatives. Although applications are submitted through WeNetwork, most day-to-day collaboration and project work takes place within the 47Pitches community. Why Join Us? What You'll Do Sustainable Finance Research Research sustainable finance trends, ESG regulations, impact investing, climate finance, and green financial instruments. Analyze emerging sustainability frameworks and responsible investment practices. Support ESG reporting and financial sustainability assessments. Consulting Projects Assist startups and businesses in integrating ESG principles into their financial and business strategies. Help develop Public Interactive ESG Roadmaps (PIERs) to support long-term sustainability planning. Contribute to impact measurement and sustainability consulting initiatives. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work alongside startup founders, consultants, investors, and sustainability professionals. Participate in discussions surrounding ESG adoption, sustainable investment, and corporate sustainability. Support business outreach, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem development through 47Pitches and WeNetwork. Who We're Looking For We're looking for motivated students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals with an interest in: Sustainable Finance ESG Impact Investing Corporate Sustainability Financial Analysis Economics Business Strategy Accounting Environmental Studies Previous consulting experience is not required. We value curiosity, initiative, strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.
