HIRING: Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Specialist (Redwood) Full Remote | PST Hours, Strictly | Philippines-Based Our client is the largest national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market, and owns the most HLAC-accredited facilities in the industry. This role supports Oracle Fusion SCM process design, configuration, testing, documentation, and end-user enablement for the client's Oracle Redwood initiatives. You'll work across Procure-to-Pay, Inventory, Procurement, PIM, Costing, Receipt Accounting, and approvals, partnering with business, IT, and compliance teams. What You'll Do: Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis across Procure-to-Pay and Inventory Configure Oracle Fusion SCM: Redwood Inventory, Procurement, PIM, Costing/Receipt Accounting, Approvals, AI Agents Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, configuration workbooks, test plans, training materials, SOPs, job aids Execute SIT/UAT: test case prep, defect management, signoffs, cutover readiness Triage production issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate fixes with technical teams Support release readiness, enhancement planning, and ongoing SCM functional support Drive change management and end-user enablement through training, documentation, and hypercare Support reporting and ad hoc analysis using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, Excel, and basic SQL What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, finance, engineering, or related field 2+ years functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, strong depth in Inventory and Procurement Hands-on experience with configuration, testing, documentation, and production support Proven ability to document processes and translate requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion configurations Strong communication and facilitation skills across business, IT, compliance, and technical stakeholders Advanced Excel skills for analysis, validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation Familiarity with service management/ticketing tools; Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, basic SQL preferred Prior experience supporting global or U.S. based teams preferred Starting at ₱90,000/month, final package depends on overall fit, skills, experience, and interview results Non-Negotiables: PST hours strictly, Philippines based, full remote, own equipment and stable internet Hiring Process: Initial intro call → technical interview with our Senior Team Member → client interview.
