As Madimack continues to expand its online sales channels across Australia, exposure to unauthorised discounting, pricing inconsistencies and non-compliant online sellers is increasing. The Online Pricing \& Dealer Compliance Coordinator protects brand value, maintains pricing integrity and supports the authorised dealer network through dedicated, scalable monitoring, reporting and enforcement support. Key Role Purpose The Online Pricing \& Dealer Compliance Coordinator plays a pivotal role in safeguarding Madimack’s online pricing integrity and dealer relationships. The role focuses on the ongoing monitoring of online marketplaces and dealers, maintaining accurate Certified Online Dealer records, and preparing the compliance reporting and enforcement correspondence that keeps management informed. To be successful, the position requires a methodical and detail-focused approach, strong written communication and the discretion to handle sensitive dealer correspondence. All enforcement activity is prepared for management approval and carried out in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and competition law requirements. Initial Focus In the first weeks, the Coordinator will review and understand Madimack’s current online dealer management and pricing compliance processes, then build out an improved, scalable process with the supporting documentation and workflows required to run it day to day. Review current online dealer management, pricing-monitoring and breach-management processes, reporting structures and templates. Build out the new compliance process, including standard operating procedures, compliance and breach letter templates, reporting templates and dashboards. Document the Certified Online Dealer program, escalation framework and dealer verification workflows – developed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and competition law. Core Responsibilities 1\. Dealer Program Administration Maintain and update the Madimack Certified Online Dealer Register. Manage Certified Online Dealer documentation and records. Support onboarding and removal processes for authorised dealers. 2\. Online Pricing Monitoring Monitor advertised pricing across key online marketplaces and websites. Identify pricing irregularities and unauthorised discounting. Track compliance with Madimack online dealer requirements. 3\. Brand \& Content Compliance Monitor product image usage and branding compliance. Review online listings for accuracy and policy adherence. Identify misuse of Madimack intellectual property. 4\. Unauthorised Seller Detection Use research tools and approved AI platforms to identify unauthorised online sellers and listings. Detect marketplace listings, grey-market activity and potential policy breaches. 5\. Compliance Management Prepare and issue compliance notifications and breach letters to non-compliant or unauthorised sellers (for management approval). Correspond with dealers and sellers through to resolution of compliance issues. Monitor and track enforcement actions, outcomes and resolution status, maintaining accurate records throughout. 6\. Reporting Provide weekly compliance and enforcement reports during peak season (May–September). Provide monthly compliance and enforcement reports during off-peak season (October–April). Cover pricing compliance status, dealer summary, unauthorised-seller activity, open/closed enforcement actions and recommended actions \& trends. Resourcing \& Seasonality Off-Peak Season (October–April): approximately 5 hours per week / 20 hours per month – routine monitoring, register maintenance, breach letter management, dealer correspondence, resolution of compliance issues, and monthly reporting. Peak Season (May–September): approximately 10 hours per week / 40 hours per month – increased surveillance, breach management, dealer engagement to resolve compliance issues, ongoing breach letter administration, register maintenance, and weekly reporting. Personal Qualities Required Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on open actions. Excellent written English, able to draft clear and professional compliance correspondence. Discreet and professional when handling dealer records and sensitive correspondence. Reliable and self-managing, able to work consistently within Australian business hours. Comfortable working independently in a remote role with minimal supervision. Competency Requirements Compliance \& Monitoring: Monitor online pricing, listings and seller activity to maintain pricing integrity and policy compliance. Research \& Tools: Use spreadsheets, online marketplaces and approved research / AI tools to detect unauthorised sellers and breaches. Documentation \& Reporting: Strong documentation skills for accurate record-keeping, enforcement tracking and regular reporting. Communication: Draft clear compliance and breach correspondence for management approval.
