We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst who can turn fragmented data into clear, actionable intelligence that helps our teams move faster, work smarter, and make better commercial decisions. This is more than a reporting role. You’ll be DEG’s first dedicated data hire , with the opportunity to build our integrated business intelligence capability from the ground up—from strengthening our data foundation and automating reporting to creating dashboards that shape decisions across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Ecommerce. What You’ll Build & Own: 📊 Decision-Ready Business Intelligence – Build intuitive dashboards and reporting that turn complex commercial data into insights leaders can act on. ⚙️ Automation & Data Foundations – Develop reliable data pipelines, transformations, and reporting systems that reduce manual work and create a scalable foundation for future analytics. 🎯 Commercial Insights That Matter – Analyze sales, sell-in, sell-out, inventory, trade spend, ecommerce, and marketing data to support decisions on availability, profitability, pricing, assortment, and ROI. 🧩 One Source of Truth – Strengthen master data governance, mapping, reconciliation, and data quality so our teams can confidently work from reliable commercial information. 🚀 Shape the Future of Data at DEG – Help define our FY2028 Data & AI Roadmap and build the capabilities that will support the next stage of DEG’s growth. Who We’re Looking For: ✔ 3–6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or FMCG commercial analytics ✔ Strong proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI/visualization platforms , with strong SQL Skills ✔ Experience in data modeling, dashboard development, automation, and data pipelines ✔ Strong understanding of ERP systems ; NetSuite experience is an advantage ✔ Hands-on experience in master data governance, data cleaning, mapping, and reconciliation ✔ Strong commercial judgment—you know that great analytics starts with the business decision that needs to be made ✔ Self-directed, organized, and comfortable building something from the ground up ✔ Able to communicate complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Why Dragon Edge Group?
