• Job Responsibilities • Prepare complete architectural drawing packages, including: • Floor Plans • Prepare construction drawings, including: • Electrical Layouts • Air-Conditioning Layouts • Plumbing Layouts • Tile Schedules • Door & Window Schedules • Produce high-quality 3D renderings for client presentations and approvals. • Coordinate and communicate effectively through Zoom and other online collaboration tools. • Work closely with the design team to deliver projects on schedule. • Working Hours • Monday to Friday • 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Singapore Time) • Applications without a portfolio will not be considered. • Please include a portfolio link (or PDF portfolio) together with your CV.
