Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment The Qualifications We Seek Required 5+ years of experience in analytics, data analysis, or analytics engineering Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex joins, window functions, and cohort and funnel analysis Hands-on expertise with dbt, including model development, testing, and documentation Proficiency with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift Strong understanding of data modeling principles, including grain definition and dimensional modeling Preferred Background working with marketing, CRM, and product data, including Salesforce and marketing automation platforms Familiarity with BI tools such as Looker and Tableau, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow Who You Are Systems thinker with a strong commitment to data quality, clarity, and consistency Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and collaborating across cross-functional teams Strong ownership mindset with a focus on building reliable and scalable data solutions Your Daily Tasks Build and maintain scalable dbt models across marketing, CRM, product, and revenue domains with clear grain definitions, business logic, and documentation Write advanced SQL using window functions, CTEs, and complex joins to support funnel, cohort, retention, and revenue analysis while optimizing query performance Define and standardize key business metrics and implement dbt testing, including freshness, uniqueness, and null checks, to ensure data quality Partner with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance teams to translate business requirements into scalable data models Document data models and enable self-service analytics to reduce ad hoc reporting requests What Success Looks Like Deliver trusted, reusable datasets with standardized business metrics across teams Reduce ad hoc querying by enabling faster, decision-ready insights Build a scalable analytics foundation that supports strategic business decisions Join the Top 1% Talent.
