Job Summary The Business Systems Specialist / Analyst is responsible for supporting business systems analysis, implementation, configuration, and process improvement initiatives across multiple customer environments. This role gathers and translates business requirements into clear specifications, supports ERP implementations and integrations, maintains documentation standards, and contributes to successful project delivery. The specialist works closely with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with operational requirements while maintaining visibility, quality, and consistency throughout the delivery lifecycle. WHAT YOU’LL DO · Gather, document, and translate business and customer requirements into clear functional and technical specifications · Support ERP and business systems implementations, integrations, data mapping, and reconciliation activities · Assist in analysing business processes and identifying opportunities for system and workflow improvements · Build and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow maps, and system configuration records · Conduct data analysis and reporting to support operational performance and customer decision-making · Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case preparation, execution tracking, and issue resolution · Support system configuration activities and ensure changes are documented accurately before deployment · Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and validate proposed solutions · Maintain source-of-truth documentation within SharePoint and ensure delivery activities are tracked in ClickUp · Monitor assigned workstreams and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines · Collaborate with implementation teams to support project delivery and customer onboarding initiatives · Track implementation progress, document outcomes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives · Escalate risks, issues, and blockers early and provide recommendations to support successful delivery · Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and compliance with established business systems standards · Contribute to the improvement of delivery processes, templates, and operating procedures Requirements · 4\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting ERP implementation projects · Hands-on ERP implementation experience with platforms such as SAP (Business One or S/4HANA), Oracle (including NetSuite), or Microsoft Dynamics · Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation experience · Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, and data mapping or reconciliation activities · Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to facilitate discussions and work directly with customers · Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation discipline · Experience working across multiple projects, priorities, and implementation workstreams · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail · Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a delivery-focused team · Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field Nice-to-Have: · Exposure to maritime operations or willingness to learn the maritime domain · Experience with Helm CONNECT · Low-code platform experience such as Mendix or similar technologies · UAT planning, test design, and testing coordination experience · Experience with Power BI or similar reporting and analytics tools · Business Analysis, Process Management, or IT Service Management certifications (BABOK, ITIL Foundation, or similar) Ready to apply your expertise in a role that offers both stability and significant growth?
