Are you a people-oriented professional with a passion for sales and community engagement? We are looking for an Insurance Sales Specialist who can actively promote our insurance and financial service products while delivering excellent member support in the field. Key Responsibilities Conduct Field Service Operations (FSO) and information drives to promote the company’s insurance and financial products in remote and assigned areas Assist members with loan and insurance-related applications and provide initial evaluation of submitted documents Build and maintain strong relationships with members and prospective clients Answer inquiries regarding products, services, benefits, and claims Assist beneficiaries in processing claims and documentary requirements Release checks and prepare related operational reports Scan and transmit application documents through FTP Prepare and submit daily production and field activity reports Distribute Membership Certificates and Policy Contracts Perform other field sales and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related course At least 1 year experience in Sales, Insurance, Financial Services, or Field Operations Holds a Life Insurance Agent's License Strong sales, communication, and client relationship skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Highly organized with good prioritization skills Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork Why Join Us? ✨ Opportunity to build a rewarding career in insurance and financial services ✨ Meaningful work that helps secure members and their families ✨ Dynamic field environment with client engagement opportunities ✨ Career growth and professional development Start your career in insurance sales and member services with us today!
