Listing Onboarding & Optimization OfficerAbout the Role We are looking for a highly organized Listing Onboarding & Optimization Officer to join our growing vacation rental management team. This is not a data entry role . You will own the end-to-end onboarding of new properties, ensuring every listing is launched accurately, on time, and to a high-quality standard . You’ll work closely with Operations, Design, Revenue Management, Marketing, Photography, Guest Experience, and Leadership to coordinate the entire onboarding process. Key Responsibilities Property Onboarding & Coordination Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new vacation rental properties. Create and maintain onboarding timelines and project trackers. Coordinate with internal teams to complete all launch requirements. Monitor deadlines, provide progress updates, and identify and resolve blockers proactively. Ensure accountability across teams throughout the onboarding process. Listing Management & Optimization Create, update, and optimize listings across OTA platforms such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com. Ensure property information, descriptions, amenities, photos, house rules, and branding are accurate and complete. Conduct quality checks before listings go live. Audit existing listings and update outdated or missing information. Identify opportunities to improve listing presentation, guest conversion, and onboarding efficiency. Qualifications Required Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proactive, independent, and comfortable working with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness and availability to work CEST (Central European Summer Time) hours. Preferred Experience with Guesty . Vacation rental or property management experience. Experience managing OTA listings. Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or Trello. What Success Looks Like Properties are launched accurately and on schedule. Listings are complete, optimized, and guest-ready. Cross-functional coordination is smooth and proactive. Deadlines are consistently met.
