Things to know before applying: You must have your own work equipment You are able to work remotely You can work on a three-month project for this role Experience working with clients/companies outside PH is an advantage Only candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted You can start ASAP Job Description We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to take ownership of technical delivery and team leadership across a mixed technology environment spanning legacy .NET/C\ systems and modern Angular/Node.js applications. This is a hands-on role that combines active development with architectural decision-making and mentorship of a development team. Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications across the full stack Provide technical direction and architectural decisions for solutions built on Angular, Node.js, .NET, and MS SQL Own the technical quality of deliverables, including performance, security, and maintainability Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, legacy system constraints, and integration challenges Team Leadership Mentor and guide a team of developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing engineering best practices Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tooling, and team practices Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical risk assessment Qualifications 7+ years of professional software development experience, with demonstrated experience in a lead or senior technical role Proven experience mentoring or leading a team of developers Strong communication skills, with the ability to work directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical outcomes Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Tech Stack requirements: Frontend Angular Backend Node.js (v16) .NET C\ Database MS SQL Hiring Process: Phone screening Technical Test Behavioral Interview Alignment with Developer from Adaca Client interview About Adaca: Adaca was founded in 2015 to assist Australian companies in their software development initiatives.
