They’re now looking for a talented Product Manager with the passion, grit, and ownership mindset to build impactful products and help shape the future of payments. Responsibilities Own and drive product roadmap Lead product discovery and design sprints Define product requirements and success metrics Manage product development with engineering Manage regulatory and financial implications of product decisions Drive go-to-market and stakeholder success Qualifications Demonstrated ownership of iterative delivery cycles Able to align roadmap with commercial and operational objectives Can translate insights into decisions and success metrics Can derive insights that influence prioritization Comfortable collaborating with sales and marketing Can present complex product decisions across technical & business audiences Able to influence without authority and manage competing priorities Data-driven and hypothesis driven decision making Thrives in a fast changing environment with shifting priorities Works seamlessly with cross functional teams Payment & Fintech ecosystem knowledge Working knowledge of industry compliance and risk Preferably with knowledge of financial services
