About the opportunity We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Collections Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation's financial objectives through effective account management and debt recovery practices. About The Role As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of outstanding accounts, engaging with customers to discuss overdue payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring collection activities are conducted in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance commercial outcomes with a customer-centric approach. We are offering a salary of Php 35,000 - Php 55,000 (full-time) plus HMO. This will be dependent on the successful candidate's relevant training and experience. The following skills and experience will be highly regarded: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Business/Finance Management Must have strong verbal and written English communication and report writing skills.
