We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associates to join our team. This role will support financial operations focusing on Tax Processing and/or Treasury Operations . You will be responsible for accurate data entry, payment processing, reconciliations, and compliance in accordance with client standards. Basic Qualification: Education: Graduate of BS in Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, tax processing, treasury operations, or banking/payroll processing roles. Knowledgeable in basic accounting principles, tax rules, and banking transactions (ACH, wire, check handling). Proficient in MS Excel and online banking/payment portals. Fresh graduates with an accounting degree are welcome to apply. Tax Processing Duties: Process daily tax filings and payments accurately and on time. Prepare and file state and local payroll tax returns. Analyze payroll tax data to resolve discrepancies and handle tax notices. Update tax rates in payroll systems and record tax payments in accounting records. Maintain accurate records and support internal and external audits. Treasury Operations Duties: Prepare and process payment requests, fund transfers, wires, and reverse wires. Pull and submit ACH files and positive pay files to banking portals to prevent fraudulent transactions. Monitor ACH returns and review positive pay exceptions. Track AR open balances, follow up on outstanding invoices, and update bank capacity spreadsheets. Maintain comprehensive records of treasury transactions and supporting documentation.
