About The Role We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on IT infrastructure and support experience. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting, networking, and IT automation, while also being eager to learn emerging technologies and contribute to improving internal IT systems and tools. Key Responsibilities Provide IT helpdesk support for office users, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Administer the Microsoft 365 environment, including user and group management, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Power Automate, Intune, and Microsoft Purview. Manage endpoint security and device management tools, including backup, patching, and antivirus platforms. Troubleshoot network connectivity and infrastructure issues. Develop and maintain scripts to automate IT administration tasks. Assist in designing and implementing new internal IT tools and process improvements. Support ongoing IT projects and adopt new technologies as business needs evolve. About you Minimum 3 years of IT engineering or systems administration experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 environments. Solid networking knowledge. Experience with scripting for IT administration (PowerShell or similar). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Passion for technology and willingness to learn new tools and platforms. Flexibility to work across varying schedules when required.
