About The Role We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure & Operations Manager to lead the design, implementation, security, and operational management of our enterprise cloud and infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, performance, and security of both cloud and hybrid infrastructure platforms while driving modernization initiatives aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise across cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, networking, security, DevOps, disaster recovery, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities Cloud Architecture & Design Design and implement enterprise cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Architect production, disaster recovery, development, testing, and sandbox environments. Establish cloud governance, landing zones, and multi-subscription/project architectures. Design highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud infrastructure solutions. Cloud Operations & Administration Manage cloud infrastructure including compute, storage, networking, identity management, monitoring, backup, and recovery. Support hybrid cloud environments integrating on-premises and cloud platforms. Implement cloud operational best practices, cost optimization, and performance management. Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. Infrastructure Engineering Lead server sizing, capacity planning, workload assessments, and infrastructure performance tuning. Administer Windows Server and Linux environments. Manage virtualization platforms including VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or equivalent technologies. Oversee storage, backup, replication, disaster recovery, and infrastructure lifecycle management. Cloud Networking & Connectivity Design and maintain enterprise network architecture and connectivity solutions. Manage SD-WAN, VPN, IPSec, ExpressRoute, AWS Direct Connect, and GCP Interconnect implementations. Ensure network security, segmentation, routing, switching, and traffic optimization. Support multi-site enterprise network environments. DevOps & Platform Engineering Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes. Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Bicep, CloudFormation, and Ansible. Manage DevOps platforms including GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent. Support containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Security & SecDevOps Implement cloud security architectures and best practices. Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Lead vulnerability management, remediation, and security monitoring initiatives. Integrate SIEM platforms, logging solutions, and incident response processes. Promote Zero Trust security principles across infrastructure platforms. Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Develop and maintain disaster recovery strategies and environments. Define and manage Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) and Recovery Time Objectives (RTO). Conduct backup validation and disaster recovery testing exercises. Implement cross-region and multi-region resiliency solutions. Leadership & Governance Develop infrastructure standards, policies, procedures, and governance frameworks. Lead and mentor infrastructure, cloud, and operations teams. Manage vendor relationships, technical evaluations, and procurement activities. Develop infrastructure roadmaps and support budget planning activities. Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business goals. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, or IT Operations. Proven hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform. Strong experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments. Expertise in cloud networking, security, DevOps, and disaster recovery planning. Experience leading technical teams and managing enterprise-scale infrastructure projects. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Certifications Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert AWS Solutions Architect Professional Google Professional Cloud Architect Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) Terraform Associate Certification CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certifications ITIL Foundation or higher Why Join Us?
