Job Description

About The Role • As Supply Chain Assistant, you will be the operational backbone of the sales and logistics process — managing everything from order intake to dispatch coordination and customer communication. You'll work directly with internal teams and third-party logistics providers, keeping orders accurate, timelines on track, and clients informed. This is a full-time, work-from-home engagement running on Sydney business hours. What You'll Be Doing: • Handle inbound customer enquiries across email, phone, and chat with professionalism and accuracy • Process sales orders, acknowledgements, and invoices end-to-end • Coordinate dispatches, pick lists, and transport bookings with 3PL partners • Monitor order status, back orders, and ETAs — proactively flagging issues before they escalate • Liaise with internal teams on stock availability and delivery timelines • Manage credit claims and RMAs with attention to detail and process compliance • Prepare Stock and Sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets What You'll Bring: • Proven hands-on experience with SAP Business One — this is non-negotiable • Advanced proficiency in both Excel and Google Sheets, particularly for reporting • A solid background in customer service, order processing, or logistics administration • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage strict daily cut-off times • A proactive mindset — you anticipate problems and solve them before being asked • Why This Role Is Worth Your Attention: • You won't be stuck in a queue waiting for someone to notice your potential.
