In this role, you will communicate with applicants, perform initial hiring assessments, and ensure qualified candidates are successfully moved through the recruitment process. Responsibilities Contact prospective candidates through outbound calls and follow-up communications. Conduct initial hiring assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and overall fit. Explain job opportunities, hiring expectations, and recruitment timelines. Identify qualified candidates and recommend them for the next stage of the hiring process. Coordinate interview scheduling with recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the CRM and applicant tracking system. Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional and timely communication. Meet daily hiring, outreach, and interview scheduling goals. Perform additional recruitment and hiring support duties as assigned. Qualifications Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal, interviewing, and customer service skills. Reliable computer, mobile device, primary and backup internet connection, and dependable electricity. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet performance expectations. Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, staffing, customer service, sales, HR, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
