We are looking for a detail- oriented person to join our team as soon as possible. The role includes: Proactively Contact Clients to Request Reviews and Feedback Schedule and Confirm Appointments with Prospective and Existing Clients Verify Client Information and Ensure Data Accuracy Maintain and Update Customer Records in the CRM System Collaborate with Team Members to Improve Client Experience and Achieve Business Goals We are a Real Estate business based in Scotland and England. In this position, you will communicate with clients who have previously interacted with us, gathering their reviews and assisting in booking appointments. We are looking for someone who has: Previous experience in sales, customer service, appointment setting or a related role. 1\. Strong communication skills (phone and email) 2\. Ability to work independently and meet numbers 3\. Previous experience in gathering reviews and booking appointments is a plus. 4\. Detail-oriented and highly organized 5\.
