(Remote \| Part-Time) Role Overview We’re looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Content Manager to support content publishing, newsletter growth, podcast promotion, and day-to-day digital marketing execution across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can manage moving parts well, keep content calendars on track, and ensure podcasts, blogs, newsletters, and social media content are consistently published and promoted. We need someone who is both strategic and hands-on — someone who can execute recurring tasks while helping grow our audience across LinkedIn, newsletters, and social channels. Key Responsibilities Podcast Publishing \& Promotion Produce, edit, and schedule weekly podcast episodes via Castos Coordinate podcast publishing timelines and ensure episodes go live on schedule Create podcast cover assets using Canva Publish podcast episodes on the website Prepare and send newsletter promotions for each episode Ensure podcast content is properly formatted across all channels LinkedIn Management \& Newsletter Growth Manage LinkedIn content publishing and engagement Manage and grow the LinkedIn newsletter Increase subscriber count and audience engagement Drive LinkedIn subscribers toward the external newsletter Identify growth opportunities and maintain consistency Blog Publishing \& Email Distribution Publish blog content on WordPress using Elementor● Format blogs for proper web publishing● Repurpose blog content into newsletters● Ensure blogs and newsletters align in messaging and branding● Maintain publishing consistency across channels Social Media Content \& Creative Support Create marketing assets using Canva Prepare content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels Support promotional content for podcasts, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns Ensure brand consistency across all assets Newsletter Scheduling \& Audience Growth Schedule newsletters in Beehiiv Support subscriber growth and audience quality Improve targeting and audience alignment Help convert followers into newsletter subscribers Content Coordination \& Execution Keep all weekly publishing tasks organized and on schedule Coordinate across podcast, blog, newsletter, and social channels Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time Catch formatting issues, broken links, or missing assets before publishing Maintain efficient workflows from creation to distribution Requirements Strong experience with content publishing and content coordination Experience managing LinkedIn content and LinkedIn newsletters Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor Strong Canva skills for content asset creation Experience with Beehiiv for newsletter scheduling and management Experience with Castos for podcast publishing Strong project management and content organization skills High attention to detail, formatting, and brand consistency Ability to manage recurring workflows independently Nice to Have Basic podcast editing experience Experience with newsletter growth strategies Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting Understanding of audience-building and content repurposing SEO awareness for blog publishing Non-Negotiables Canva WordPress Elementor LinkedIn Beehiiv Castos Strong project management and content coordination skills You May Be a Great Fit If You are highly organized and can manage recurring workflows independently You are proactive and keep projects moving without constant follow-up You can juggle multiple deadlines across different platforms You have a strong eye for detail and brand consistency You enjoy both creative execution and content operations You care about growing an audience, not just posting content Compensation P24,000 pesos / month- starting probationary P26,500 a month after 6 months \+ benefits \+ first round of bonuses \ P5,000 bonus for referring other remote professionals for Proximity \ Subjective yearend bonus based on the company’s performance \ P2,000 bonus for inquiries closed via LinkedIn with direct messaging and appointment setting from you P27,500 a month after 1 year total with the company and unlocking of second round of bonuses \ P1,000 bonus for inquiries closed via Youtube, Facebook page, and Podcast with direct messaging and appointment setting from you Hours: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM CST Additional Support: On-call as needed Benefits Telemedicine via KonsultaMD Private life and accident insurance Quarterly P2,500 wellness reimbursement Legal and paperwork assistance for visas, loans, etc. Birthday gift Christmas gift Bereavement Assistance Other company-wide events and contractors engagement activities Work from home set-up 10 Paid Time Offs Paid US Holidays (after 6 months/ regularization) All expense paid retreat to Davao City after 1 year Please note that for this application, all hired applicants are required to submit a Police Clearance or NBI Clearance as part of our onboarding requirements.
