Position Overview The Photo Editor is responsible for editing and preparing high-quality product images for a high-volume photography workflow. This role requires strong experience with Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop, attention to image consistency, and the ability to maintain company quality standards across large image sets. The position also involves managing digital assets, workflow organization, and utilizing Photoshop scripts/actions to support efficient image production. Responsibilities Edit and retouch product photography using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop Maintain consistent exposure, color correction, cropping, and overall image quality throughout large image sets Clip and isolate products onto pure white backgrounds Create and utilize Photoshop scripts/actions for exporting and workflow automation Organize and manage digital assets and file structures Review images for quality, consistency, and accuracy to ensure all images meet company standards Maintain file delivery expectations and ensure completed image sets are returned within required turnaround timelines Qualifications Experience or education in photography, digital media, or a related field preferred Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop Excellent understanding of product photography editing and high-volume production workflows Strong skills in Photoshop scripting/actions for workflow automation and exporting Strong communication skills regarding workflow updates, revisions, and turnaround expectations About MicroSourcing With over 9,000 professionals across 13 delivery centers, MicroSourcing is the pioneer and largest offshore provider of managed services in the Philippines.
