Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 8hrs a day | US time zones Role Overview We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and diligent Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify qualified creators, maintain accurate lead data, conduct personalized outreach, and book sales calls for our strategy team. This role is critical to our growth. The quality of your research, qualification, and outreach directly impacts our ability to close new clients. Ideal Client Profile The creators we want to speak with generally meet the following criteria: Revenue ● Generating at least $10,000/month YouTube Performance ● Receiving at least 1,000–2,000+ views per video Upload Cadence ● Publishing between 2 and 8 videos per month Language ● English-speaking Content Type ● Educational, informational, or personality-driven content● Not focused on young kids’ channels or podcasts Responsibilities Lead Qualification ● Review and clean existing lead lists● Research YouTube channels and creator businesses● Verify fit against qualification criteria● Build and maintain an accurate qualified-leads database● Keep CRM records organized and up to date Personalized Outreach ● Write and send customized outreach emails● Record and send short personalized Loom videos (1–2 minute mini channel audits highlighting growth opportunities)● Follow up consistently with prospects● Track responses and engagement● Gather market feedback and common objections Appointment Setting ● Book qualified prospects onto calls with Lead Strategists● Ensure prospects are properly prepared before meetings● Improve meeting show-up rates Offer Qualification & Nurture ● Qualify creators for the 1-on-1 consulting offer based on fit, readiness, and growth stage● Introduce the company’s premium group coaching offer as the first downsell option for creators not yet ready for private consulting● Introduce the company’s lower-commitment software solution as a secondary downsell option for creators who may be a better fit● Maintain relationships and nurture prospects who may become a fit for consulting in the future● This will further be discussed during the interview for more details Reporting & Feedback ● Provide insights on lead quality and outreach performance● Identify patterns among successful prospects● Recommend improvements to targeting and qualification criteria Success Metrics ● Number of qualified leads identified● Accuracy of lead data● Outreach volume● Positive reply rate● Calls booked● Show-up rate● Opportunities created● Revenue influenced● Quality of feedback collected from prospects Ideal Candidate ● Exceptional attention to detail● Strong research and analytical skills● Strong spoken English with a clear and confident communication style● Excellent written English● Highly organized and process-oriented● Able to work independently● Comfortable evaluating YouTube channels and creator businesses● Curious, resourceful, and proactive● Strong work ethic and sense of ownership Nice to Have ● Previous experience in the creator economy● YouTube knowledge and channel analysis experience● Outbound sales experience● Lead generation or appointment setting background Job Offer: ₱60,000/month during the probationary period ₱65,000/month after successfully completing 6 months, plus benefits and bonuses ₱75,000/month after completing 24 total months with the company + positive feedback and scorecard Benefits Private Life and Accident Insurance + Telemedicine Reimburse up to P400/month of your PhilHealth voluntary contribution 2x a year mental health counseling session with a board-certified counselor or therapist 1x a year financial health planning with a certified financial planner Monthly upskilling and personal development seminars Legal and paperwork assistance for visas, loans, etc. Birthday gift Christmas gift Bereavement Assistance Other company-wide events and contractors engagement activities Work from home set-up 10 Paid Time Offs Paid US Holidays Please note that for this application, all hired applicants are required to submit a Police Clearance or NBI Clearance as part of our onboarding requirements.
