We are seeking a highly analytical Reporting \& Data Analyst to join our Customer Technology Operations team. In this role, you will serve a dual audience: providing critical data insights for our internal business stakeholders and delivering professional, client-ready reports for our diverse portfolio of client companies. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between complex payroll/HR data and actionable business decisions. Key Responsibilities Reporting \& Dashboards: Build, maintain, and distribute comprehensive reports from our core HRIS/Payroll platform (PrismHR) for internal operations and external global clients. Data Translation: Convert complex business questions into clear, actionable data views, including workforce metrics, payroll summaries, benefits utilization, and termination trends. Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate directly with Client Services, Benefits, and cross-functional teams to deeply understand reporting requirements and ensure on-time delivery. Ad Hoc Analysis: Rapidly support urgent analytical requests and provide deep-dive insights for leadership and client accounts. Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual data tasks and standardize recurring reports to scale team efficiency. Basic Qualifications Experience: 3\+ years of experience in a Reporting or Data Analyst role, specifically within HR, Payroll, Benefits, or PEO environments. Data Quality Focus: Meticulous attention to data accuracy with an understanding that in payroll and enterprise reporting, there is zero margin for error. Core Competencies \& Technical Skills Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and robust experience building dashboards in Power BI (or similar enterprise BI tools). Client-Ready Deliverables: Proven ability to translate raw, complex datasets into clean, professional, and easily digestible formats for non-technical audiences. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to interface professionally with stakeholders and represent data clearly in a client-facing capacity. Working Style: A proactive, service-oriented operator with a "client-first" mindset who can flag data discrepancies early and manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Direct, hands-on experience utilizing PrismHR reporting modules. Background in PEO, HCM, or Payroll platform management. Prior experience supporting client onboarding or corporate account management teams. What's in it for you?
