BPI Wealth seeks an Agile Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and Agile development teams by gathering and translating requirements, driving collaboration, and ensuring delivery of high-value solutions that enhance processes and customer experience. Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder collaboration, workshops, and techniques like user stories and process flows. Partner with product owners, scrum teams, and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, support sprint/release planning, and ensure alignment and clear communication. Support delivery by validating requirements, conducting UAT, resolving defects, and recommending process or customer experience improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with proven experience as a Business/Agile/Solutions Analyst in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and requirements management practices including user stories and backlog management. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with familiarity in SDLC and exposure to investment, accounting, or related domains preferred.
