Role Description This is a remote role for a GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM \& Automation Specialist. In this role, you will manage and optimize GoHighLevel CRM systems, implement marketing automation strategies, and build custom workflows and campaigns. Responsibilities include analyzing business needs for CRM enhancements, collaborating with team members to improve processes, and troubleshooting system-related issues. You will work closely with sales teams to drive efficiencies and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement, ensuring seamless execution of client projects. Detailed Responsibilities Set up and manage GoHighLevel accounts Build and maintain workflows and automations Create and manage sales pipelines Configure calendars and appointment booking systems Import and organize leads within GHL Build landing pages and funnels Set up email and SMS campaigns Integrate third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Google Calendar Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize existing systems Maintain accurate CRM records Qualifications Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) expertise, with 2\+ years related experience in GoHighLevel or similar platforms Proficiency in analytical skills and using data to drive process improvements Excellent communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of sales processes and ability to support sales automation workflows Experience with project management principles and tools Ability to work independently and remotely while meeting deadlines Familiarity with marketing automation and campaigns is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant field preferred Note/s: Project-based/ Part-time Salary: TBD (negotiable) To Apply Please send: Your updated resume A GHL certificate is a plus Attached your GHL works Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote
