We are looking to hire Virtual Assistants to join our growing team. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound cold calls to businesses across the United States on behalf of Strategic Point Marketing (SPM) and JRCMO. Your goal is to engage business owners, introduce our services, and schedule them for: Live business events Complimentary business growth audits Discovery calls with our team This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and generating qualified appointments. Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound cold calls to U.S. businesses. Introduce our marketing and business growth services professionally. Invite prospects to attend live events and business workshops. Schedule qualified prospects for free business audits. Update all conversations and notes in the CRM. Follow up with leads as required. Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals. Work closely with our marketing and sales team. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English with a neutral or easily understandable accent. Previous experience in cold calling, appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales. Confident speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers. Experience using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus). Comfortable learning and using our CRM dialer. Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and quiet workspace. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and results-driven. Preferred Qualifications Experience calling U.S. businesses. Background in digital marketing or business consulting outreach. Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms. Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly. Performance Expectations Make a high volume of outbound calls daily. Consistently book qualified appointments and event registrations.
