We are a growing US home care company (New Hampshire & Massachusetts) hiring a full-time remote Recruiter based in the Philippines. You'll be the reason great caregivers join our team — and you'll earn a bonus for every one of them who succeeds. Compensation Base pay: $3.00–$4.00/hour, 40 hours/week, paid reliably every cycle Commission: paid for every caregiver you recruit who completes training and is still working with us after 30 days Higher commission rate every month you exceed your hiring target Commissions are paid in the very next pay cycle — never delayed, never withheld What you'll do Contact new applicants fast (within 15 minutes during your shift) by text, call, and email Screen candidates by phone and schedule interviews Make offers according to our pay scale Guide hired caregivers through paperwork, onboarding, and training — you stay with your candidate until they're fully working Follow up persistently — most placements come from the 3rd to 6th touch, not the 1st Track everything in our recruiting system (Apploi — we'll train you) Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week Night shift (Philippine time) — you must be available during US Eastern business hours Long-term, stable role — we are building a permanent recruiting team, not a project What we're looking for Excellent spoken and written English (you'll be on the phone with US applicants daily) Experience in recruiting, BPO, sales, or customer-facing roles Persistent and organized — you follow up without being reminded Reliable high-speed internet with backup, own computer, quiet workspace Comfortable being measured — we track numbers daily, and the numbers are how you earn more Why this role is better than a call center Work from home, no commute Your effort directly increases your pay Direct hire with a US company owner — no agency taking a cut of your pay
