This role is not documentation-only - you will be managing live operations and shipment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Manage import/export shipments end-to-end (air \& sea freight) Coordinate with carriers, overseas agents, and customers Handle booking, routing, and shipment execution Manage delays, rollovers, and operational issues Provide clients with solutions and updates Ensure compliance with Incoterms, customs, and documentation requirements Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in freight forwarding industry experience Proven experience managing shipments end-to-end (not documentation only) Strong coordination with carriers and clients Knowledge of customs processes, shipping docs, Incoterms Experience with CargoWise or similar systems preferred What We Offer P25,000 – 30,000 monthly Salary review after 3 months Recognition through incentives \& client appreciation rewards 12 days annual leave Staff meal provided Hybrid in Cebu (twice a month)/ Work-from-home flexibility \| Full-time Pay: Php25,000\.00 - Php30,000\.00 per month Work Location: Remote
