We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager based in the Philippines to drive customer acquisition, conduct platform demos, manage events, and build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Master the Platform: Learn the Hireko.ai SaaS ecosystem (hireko.ai & network.hireko.ai) to deliver compelling product demos to recruiters, hiring managers, and business owners. Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach to identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and schedule product demos. Pipeline & Sales Conversion: Guide prospects through the sales pipeline, handle initial objections, and work to convert leads into paying customers. Social Media & Relationship Management: Track incoming leads across digital channels, engage community members, and recommend strategies to improve campaign performance. Event & Brand Coordination: Recruited temporary event reps, manage promotional activities, distribute merch, and verify social media/photo coverage for brand events. Qualifications & Skills Strong spoken and written English with confidence in cold calling and public speaking. Quick learner who can master and present a SaaS platform. Tech-savvy (CRM, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, social media). Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working toward sales targets. Background in SaaS sales, business development, recruitment, marketing, or event coordination is highly preferred.
