About The Role We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Campaign Coordinator / Media Planner & Buyer to support the successful execution of client campaigns. In this role, you will coordinate media planning and buying activities, ensuring campaign schedules, media bookings, reporting, and documentation are managed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with clients, media partners, and internal teams, you will help deliver campaigns on schedule, within budget, and in line with quality expectations. Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Media Buying Support the planning and implementation of media strategies for client campaigns. Coordinate campaigns from initial planning through execution, monitoring, and final reporting. Manage media bookings and maintain strong relationships with media vendors across various channels. Track campaign timelines, budgets, and key deliverables to ensure smooth execution. Campaign Coordination Organize creative materials, technical specifications, production schedules, and stakeholder communications. Oversee campaign launches, updates, optimizations, and schedule changes. Maintain accurate records within media booking and campaign management systems. Keep media plans, budgets, deadlines, and campaign documentation up to date. Reporting & Campaign Analysis Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and post-campaign evaluations. Support audience research, market insights, attribution analysis, and reporting requests. Recommend opportunities to improve campaign performance and deliver stronger client results. Skills & Experience Essential At least 1–2 years of experience in media, advertising, marketing, or an agency environment. Experience must be more traditional than digital. Solid understanding of campaign planning, coordination, and execution. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience using media booking systems, campaign reporting tools, and maintaining campaign documentation. Able to work independently while taking ownership of assigned responsibilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. A proactive, positive attitude with a strong commitment to helping clients achieve their marketing objectives. Preferred Previous experience in a media planning and buying agency. Exposure to both traditional and digital media channels. Knowledge of campaign measurement, attribution, and performance reporting. Experience managing media budgets and campaign schedules. Familiarity with audience research platforms and media planning tools.
