Key Responsibilities Source and secure carriers using various load boards Build and post loads, ensuring accurate and timely information Negotiate rates and establish strong relationships with carriers Set pickup and delivery appointments Perform track and trace to ensure on-time shipment updates Handle document retrieval (e.g., PODs, BOLs) for both Truckload (TL) and LTL shipments Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth shipment execution Qualifications Must have proven experience in carrier sales, dispatch, or freight brokerage in the US freight industry for at least 1 year Hands-on experience using load boards Strong understanding of Truckload and LTL operations Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: From Php38,000 .00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Work from home Experience: US Freight Logistics: 1 year (Required) Freight Rate Negotiation: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote
