The Reports Analyst will be responsible for supporting the delivery of accurate and timely reporting for clients and internal stakeholders, with a focus on operational performance management at the center, team, and individual levels. This role involves extracting, preparing, validating, and presenting day-to-day reporting deliverables, as well as updating recurring reports as needed.The Reports Analyst will work closely with account owners, Business Analysts, Senior Reports Analysts, and BI leadership to coordinate reporting needs, ensure data accuracy, and streamline reporting processes. This position is designed for candidates who are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to build technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment. The role reports to the Manager of Business Intelligence. Essential Responsibilities and Deliverables Function Specific: Assist in developing, maintaining, and distributing recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders. Extract, prepare, and validate data to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Support the creation of dashboards and performance scorecards (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Collaborate with Senior Reports Analysts and Business Analysts to translate reporting requirements into deliverables. Perform data checks and troubleshoot basic reporting issues, escalating complex issues as needed. Document reporting processes and maintain reference guides for recurring reports. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide updates to leadership and account owners. Contribute to improving efficiency by automating or streamlining simple reporting tasks. Stay current with reporting tools and best practices, applying them to daily work. Participate in meetings related to reporting design and delivery, providing input as appropriate. Perform other duties as assigned by reporting leadership. Critical Working Relationships (List by role function, internal and external critical work relationships) Internal Operations Supervisors, Managers and Directors Other internal department leadership roles as deem required External client reporting point of contact roles as deem required Internal Business Intelligence leadership roles Qualifications , Knowledge, and Skills Education: College Graduate, preferably in Business Management, IT or Analytics Experience/Knowledge/Skills: 1-3 Years work experience in related field Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, basic Power Query); experience with MS Access or other database tools is a plus. Exposure to data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Ability to assist in building and maintaining reporting solutions, while following defined business processes and documentation standards. Some experience or exposure to a contact center environment, with understanding of core call center KPIs. Familiarity with Workforce Management (WFM) tools (e.g., IEX, CMS, NICE, Verint) preferred. Basic knowledge of SQL or database querying; willingness to learn and apply data extraction and validation techniques. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform raw data into clear, accurate reports. Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to document processes and present findings clearly. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple reporting deliverables under deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with senior analysts and cross-functional teams. Eagerness to develop skills in automation, process improvement, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure Synapse, etc.).
