Key Responsibilities - Employee Onboarding & HR Administration - Prepare and send Job Offers, Employment Contracts, and onboarding documents. - Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed on time. - Maintain accurate employee records and update employee information in the HRIS and other internal systems. - Employee Records & Compliance - Monitor and maintain employee records, documentation, and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. - Track employee requirements and follow up on outstanding documents. - Review forms and records for completeness, accuracy, and compliance before processing. - Client & Workforce Support - Communicate with clients regarding employee deployment, cost estimates, and related administrative matters. - Coordinate redeployment activities and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. - Serve as a liaison between employees, clients, and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations. - Reporting & Tracking - Maintain onboarding, compliance, and employee trackers and databases. - Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates on onboarding progress, pending requirements, and operational activities. - Monitor outstanding action items and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. - Process Improvement & Ownership - Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. - Proactively identify issues, escalate concerns when necessary, and drive resolution. - Recommend and support process improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
