Earn in USD | Remote Opportunity | Base Salary + Uncapped Commission American Sign & Lighting is expanding its U.S. sales team and is looking for experienced sales professionals in the Philippines who know how to start conversations, reach decision-makers, and create new business opportunities. If you have experience with B2B cold calling, appointment setting, prospecting, or lead generation and enjoy working toward clear sales goals, this could be a great opportunity to grow with a U.S.-based company. You do not need to be a full-cycle closer to be considered. We are especially interested in candidates who are confident on the phone and have proven experience generating opportunities through outbound activity. What Your Day Will Look Like As part of our Sales team, you will: Make approximately 100–120 outbound calls per day Connect with businesses and identify key decision-makers Prospect and generate new business opportunities Set appointments and move qualified opportunities forward Follow up consistently with prospects and leads Build and maintain an organized sales pipeline Keep CRM activity and prospect information accurate and updated Work with our U.S. team to support continued business growth What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who has: 2+ years of B2B sales experience 1+ year of cold calling experience Experience with outbound calling, prospecting, appointment setting, or lead generation Advanced spoken and written English Confidence communicating with U.S. businesses and decision-makers Ability to consistently handle 100–120 outbound calls per day A reliable internet connection Personal computer and headset Active PayPal and Wise accounts Full-cycle closing experience is welcome, but it is not required for this opportunity. Compensation & Earning Potential ₱48,000 PHP monthly base salary Paid weekly Uncapped commissions Successful Sales Representatives can earn over ₱1,478,900 ($24,000 USD per year) through base pay and commissions Long-term opportunity with a growing U.S.-based company Your earning potential grows with your performance.
