What You'll Do • Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Configure Industry CPQ, Communication Cloud, and OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures) • Build and support Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and Platform Events • Configure Flows, validation rules, objects, security, and automation • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions What We're Looking For • 3–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience • Experience in Telecom projects • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Clouds, OmniStudio, CPQ, and integrations • Excellent English communication skills • Salesforce certifications are highly regarded Work Arrangement • Successful candidates must complete Onsite Training at our Client's Manila office before transitioning to a Work From Home setup.
