The ideal candidate will work autonomously, take ownership of tasks, identify opportunities for growth, and help ensure leads and client opportunities are followed up consistently. This role is designed for someone who can mirror the founder's working style, bring ideas to the business, and create structure around daily operations while allowing the founder to focus on creative and strategic work.
