Job Overview This is a full-time remote position for a creative graphic designer who can also provide social media support. Design websites and digital assets using modern design tools and platforms. Provide social media support and content creation as needed. Participate in regular team meetings and maintain communication through video calls and messaging platforms. Complete design projects with quick turnaround times while working independently during off-hours. Adapt design style to suit various client types from charities to restaurants to construction companies. Complete test projects during the interview process to demonstrate skills and speed. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Strong proficiency in Figma for website design work. 2 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience. Portfolio demonstrating modern, contemporary design work across various industries and project types (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED) Excellent communication skills for clear understanding of client needs and project briefs. Ability to work flexibly with overlap during UK business hours for real-time collaboration. Experience working for a design agency or with diverse client portfolios. NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS 5 plus years of professional graphic design experience. Background in social media content creation and management. Previous remote work experience with international teams. Experience using collaboration tools such as Slack or Zoom for remote teamwork. Familiarity with modern web design trends and practices.
