• The Role (What You'll Do) • Fuel the AI: Build pipelines that feed unstructured documents (loans, appraisals, financial statements) into AI models for automated data extraction. • Deploy AI Infrastructure: Help develop RAG architecture, orchestrate AI agents, and automate workflows. • Manage the Core Data: Keep our Snowflake data warehouse, dbt models, and Airflow orchestration running like a well-oiled machine. • Full-Stack Exposure: Collaborate on internal tools built with Python APIs and React. • Are You a Match? (Requirements) • The Python Pro: You use Python as the backbone for your data engineering pipelines and backend services. • The SQL Specialist: You write complex, clean SQL queries and understand data modeling inside and out (Snowflake/dbt experience is a huge plus!). • The AI Enthusiast: You have hands-on experience or deep familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and RAG systems (AWS Bedrock preferred). • The Communicator: You can explain technical data concepts to non-technical team members with ease.
