Key Responsibilities Qualify ~5 inbound leads daily via email, update Pipedrive CRM, and hand off warm leads to sales. Log eBay sales into the ERP system (Reuse OS), allocate inventory, and update SKU counts post-sale. Book UPS shipments, generate labels, and send pick lists to the warehouse team. Filter inboxes, draft standard email replies, manage calendars, and coordinate team admin tasks (e.g., contract updates). Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest smarter ways to operate. Position Qualifications: 3–5 years of experienc e in a similar role preferred. Prior experience with platforms like eBay, Amazon, or similar marketplaces. Demonstrated experience in administrative support, lead pre-qualification, and CRM maintenance. Previous experience using ERP software (e.g., Reuse OS) is a big plus. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM | Observed UK Holiday Why you should join our team!
