Roles and Responsibilities: · Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with project objectives. · Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings using industry-standard software. · Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements. · Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and comply with applicable codes and regulations. · Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client feedback. · Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution. · Monitor project progress, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met. · Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities. · Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team. Job Requirements: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field; professional certification is a plus. · Advanced in English is a must. · Minimum 6 years experience in working on diverse architectural projects, including hospitality, residential, commercial, and institutional. · Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Enscape AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhinoceros and Adobe Creative Suite. · Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. · Excellent design and visualization skills, demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of projects. · Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. · Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · Up-to-date knowledge of sustainable design principles and technologies.
