Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, GST, and other statutory reports Prepare income tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, Trusts, and Companies Prepare and review financial statements for Companies, Trusts, and Partnerships Identify, research, and resolve complex accounting and taxation issues Apply strong working knowledge of CGT, FBT, and Division 7A loan obligations Compile detailed working papers and support year-end account reviews by Partners Attend client meetings and report findings, including tax planning opportunities, to senior stakeholders Review and assist junior accountants’ work, providing guidance and quality oversight Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, ATO requirements, and legal obligations Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CA / CPA / IPA qualified (preferred) Minimum 5\+ years of experience in Australian taxation and business services Strong technical accounting and taxation expertise with excellent attention to detail Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role with strong written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to analyze financial reports, forecasts, and complex tax matters Proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems such as Xero, Xero Practice Manager , and ATO portals Experience with document management and electronic signing tools is an advantage Ability to work independently while leading and supporting a team Deadline-driven, highly organized, and committed to confidentiality and professionalism Location: The Podium, Ortigas Center Schedule Monday to Friday, AU Shift Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2x per week onsite) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Php100,000\.00 - Php130,000\.00 per month Benefits Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Paid training Pay raise Work from home Work Location: Hybrid remote in Ortigas
