Job Description

Key Responsibilities Manage calendars and scheduling priorities Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications Arrange and manage travel logistics Track action items and follow-ups Support project coordination and administrative workflows Assist with event planning and logistics Maintain accurate records and documentation Anticipate client needs and proactively recommend solutions Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders Leverage technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and productivity Qualifications Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities High attention to detail Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Professional demeanor and executive presence Comfortable working with technology and AI-enabled tools Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability Bachelor's degree preferred but not required Training Program Successful candidates will participate in Athena's structured training program designed to prepare Executive Assistants for client-facing responsibilities. The program includes: Instructor-led learning Practical simulations and assessments Communication and executive presence development Technology and AI enablement Performance evaluations to ensure client readiness Not all trainees successfully complete the program, as Athena maintains a high quality bar to ensure client readiness.
