Marketing Associate (Remote)

Job Description

Your Role: As a Marketing Associate, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives across Asia, Australia and the Middle East, working closely with the Marketing Manager to strengthen the Charterhouse brand and support regional business objectives. An internal vacancy, this role will be required to work on Singapore hours. Key Responsibilities Create, schedule and manage content across the company's social media platforms. Produce engaging marketing content for company announcements, achievements, events, employer branding and recruitment campaigns. Maintain marketing collateral, website content, digital platforms and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events and internal initiatives. Collaborate with consultants and regional stakeholders to deliver high-quality marketing support and identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility. Provide marketing support to regional offices across Asia, Australia and the Middle East on a wide range of marketing initiatives and requests. Requirements Educational Qualification: A fresh graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Skills & Competencies: - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop is a plus. - Familiarity with LinkedIn and its usage in marketing. - Creative thinking with an eye for detail. - Eager to take up new tasks and challenges Experience: 0-2 years of experience.
