About Us We are a people-centric managed and professional services firm serving customers across IT, cybersecurity, AI \& automation, marketing, and development. We ship fast, hold each other to a high bar, and treat marketing as a measurable revenue function, not a vanity exercise. The Role We are hiring one specialist to own paid search (Google Ads) for our own business, and SEO for both us and the customers we deliver SEO services to. You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be expected to drive measurable results, not just "manage campaigns." This role operates on Pacific Time. This is not a role for a generalist or a junior. We need someone who has run paid and SEO programs end-to-end, takes a data-driven approach to identifying and prioritizing opportunities using analytics and crawl data, and can build, optimize, and report on multiple accounts in parallel without hand-holding. We are also looking for someone who is AI-native. You should be actively using AI and automation in your daily workflows beyond just AI copywriting, and able to demonstrate how. Think keyword clustering, SERP analysis, technical audits, reporting automation, bid management workflows, competitor research, data enrichment, internal linking analysis, or anything else that compounds your output. If your answer to "how do you use AI" is "ChatGPT writes my ad copy," this role is not for you. Responsibilities Paid Search (in-house only) Full Google Ads lifecycle for our own business: keyword research, campaign builds, ad copy, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, A/B testing, and weekly optimization. Own CAC, CPL, and ROAS for our paid search program. Design, execute, and analyze controlled experiments across campaigns and landing pages, with a solid understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing, and test design. SEO (in-house \+ customers) On-page, technical, and content-brief SEO across our own site and customer sites. Site audits, keyword strategy, fixing crawl and index issues, optimizing existing pages, briefing writers, and tracking rankings and organic traffic. Implement changes directly: WordPress edits, meta updates, schema (JSON-LD), internal linking, redirect maps. Develop strategy for emerging search experiences: Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), AI Overviews, featured snippets, and entity-based search. Optimize content structure and markup for LLM-powered search. Analytics, Experimentation \& Reporting Build and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio (no exporting screenshots, you build them). Track search visibility, rankings, organic traffic, and paid performance across all accounts. Daily standup with the Marketing Manager, weekly internal performance reports, and monthly customer-facing SEO reports that are clean, on-brand, and tell a story. Establish lightweight observability: automated alerts for ranking drops, crawl errors, broken conversion tracking, and other technical issues. Catch problems before customers do. AI \& Automation Identify where AI, scripts, or automations can speed up audits, reporting, research, and optimization. Build, document, and share your workflows with the team. Introduce measurable time savings on recurring tasks. Customer Delivery (SEO) Treat each customer SEO account with the same rigour as our own. Hit deadlines, communicate proactively, and flag risks early. Must-Have Qualifications 3\+ years running Google Ads and SEO for businesses where you owned the outcome (not just executed a checklist). Data-driven approach: you can show how you prioritize work using analytics, crawl data, and search performance data, not gut feel. Demonstrable use of AI and automation in your workflow beyond copywriting. You can walk us through specific workflows, prompts, scripts, or tools you have built or adopted, and the results. Experience optimizing content for AI Overviews, AEO, GEO, or other LLM-powered search experiences. Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with a working understanding of statistical significance and sample sizing. Proven B2B or professional services experience. Pure e-commerce or affiliate-only backgrounds will not be a fit. Google Ads certification AND Google Analytics (GA4\) certification, current, not expired. Hands-on fluency with Ahrefs OR SEMrush, plus Google Search Console and Screaming Frog. Comfortable in Looker Studio building your own dashboards. WordPress / CMS proficiency to implement on-page SEO changes directly. Working knowledge of structured data (JSON-LD), canonical tags, redirect strategies, and core technical SEO fundamentals. Excellent written and spoken English. You will be on daily standups with the Marketing Manager and producing customer-facing reports. Reliable home office: stable high-speed internet, backup power/internet, quiet workspace, and a working webcam. Available 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. This is a non-negotiable schedule. Do not apply if this does not work for your situation. Nice to Have Experience with no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or scripting (Python, Apps Script) applied to marketing workflows. LinkedIn Ads experience (we will likely add this scope within 6 to 12 months). Experience with HubSpot or ActiveCampaign for tracking lead attribution. Experience working with North American customers and time zones. Familiarity with the MSP, IT services, or cybersecurity industry. What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days Audited our in-house Google Ads program and every active SEO account (in-house \+ customers) and produced a prioritized, data-backed opportunity list. Rebuilt or restructured our underperforming Google Ads campaigns with measurable improvement. Delivered the first round of polished, on-brand monthly customer SEO reports without revision. Introduced at least one AI or automation workflow that measurably reduces manual time on a recurring task. Stood up automated alerting for at least one critical signal (ranking drops, conversion tracking, or crawl errors). Established a repeatable weekly reporting cadence that the Marketing Manager can trust without checking your work. How To Apply We are deliberate about our hiring process. Following these instructions tells us you can follow a brief. Submit all three of the following: Your resume. Links to your portfolio or case studies showing real account performance: screenshots with metrics, before/after, account-level results. No portfolio \= no interview. A short cover letter explaining why this role, not just any role. Include the phrase "PAS-2026" in the first line. Applications without this phrase will be filtered out automatically. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a structured Round 1 screening task (approximately 2 hours of work). Candidates who complete the screening well will move to interviews with the Marketing Manager. Compensation \& Schedule Full-time, remote, Philippines-based. Work hours: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday. Performance reviews and growth opportunities into a senior role for the right person. Who Should Not Apply To save everyone time: Agencies, freelancers looking for side projects, or applicants seeking part-time work. Generalists who have "done a bit of" paid ads and SEO without owning outcomes. Anyone whose only AI use case is copywriting. Anyone who cannot work the stated Pacific Time hours. Anyone who cannot produce a portfolio with real account data. Pay: From Php300\.00 per hour Benefits Work from home Work Location: Remote
